I could live with that, we forget about Brent, who I think will free up Ratliff to play a lot of DE on rotation, or with the Ryan D where you never know where they will line up.

I'll grant you that (Ball sucked...no pun intended), but all this talk over Elam is weird. I could dig Poole...maybe even Huff, but Elam seems just a stop gap.

Mainly because he played in Ryan's system and help others get acclimated to it quickly. At least that's what I see his value as. He won't make many plays, but he won't blow many assignments either.

We need at least one that is a big improvement over Ball. I like B Poole, C Jenkins and a guard, no way Holland makes it the whole year.

Do you want to depend on Holland the whole year and even if Arkin comes along Kosier has 2 year max, so it makes sense to pay a guard, S and pass rush DE.
