I agree with many posters here, a pass rush helps exponentially. A good corner aint covering anyone for 8 seconds. Period. Dieon would have been called a scrub if he had to cover with our current DL. That said a great playmaking corner can change the game in the blink of an eye, especially when the QB is running for his life and just ditching the ball to avoid the sack. But then that goes right back to the DL. Build up front and our secondary as is will be at worse average and thats gunna be good enough to win most ball games. If you have a good secondary (which we dont) with a monster DL line that can get after the QB, that secondary will look stellar.
