Sacking the QB

The Cowboys did a great job getting sacks and bringing pressure, I saw big Phillips bring pressure, KNEELAND brought pressure, Law, Micah, etc etc etc. My only minor issue is we could have had MORE had we been able to bring the QB down. We have to be better at wrapping up and bringing the QB completely down instead of letting him slip away to get more yards! Please share your thoughts on this, it's not BASHING, just a "minor" concern, GO Cowboys!!

Watson is an athletic, strong QB who is difficult to wrap up. 5 sacks and constant pressure was beautiful.

He will scramble and break contain and shed some tacklers just b/c of his ability to extend plays.

I was very pleased with the defensive output yesterday.

Watson is a horrible QB but still a great athlete. Doubt Carr will get away from those

I'm not super worried about it, my bigger concerns was them just being able to get to the QB which this team stepped up to the plate on yesterday. We still want to see consistency from this group and the even bigger factor for me is seeing how they react to playing from behind, but hopefully that scenario wont come for several more weeks.

We got good pressure against a beat up oline. We need the same next week
