When you lose a family member, there's little consolation in winnign a football game. If the Boys had lost, I, for one, would have certainly hoped that we would not put BP on the hook for it. I don't think I could have showed up if I lost my brother right before a game.

I felt that the guys were a bit rusty, and the Eagles played with some intensity. While the win was nice, it did show some limits to our team. I'm hoping that they can move on and build on a win they may not have gotten on any other day. The Eagles are now faced with the reality that their QB may not be ready to go and their #1 WR is likely gone. Add a 4-5 record to that equation and you'll see some concerned Eagles fans tommorrow.

I really felt for BP....he was emotionless and never changed his facial expression the entire game. He was in pain over his loss...if anyway this makes him feel better I'm happy for him!

Tough day for him indeed...

I think that's why they were so flat. They were afraid to show any emotion or theatrics for fear that it would appear inappropriate. Bill was morose, and so were they. Ironically, Bill buried his brother and the Eagles on the same day.
