KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Defensive end Anthony Spencer and guard Brian Waters are expected to make their debuts today for the Cowboys.
“He could be a difference maker today,” Jerry Jones said of Spencer during a pre-game interview with Dallas’ KRLD-FM. “We’re just not having him out there to loosen him up.”
It’s Spencer’s first game since he underwent knee surgery July 25.
Mackenzy Bernadeau is expected to start at right tackle, but Waters could seem some snaps after signing with Dallas two weeks ago.
The Cowboys inactives are Cole Beasley, Joseph Randle, Ernie Sims, David Arkin, Brandon Weems, Andre Smith and Casesar Rayfor. All are healthy except for Sims (groin).
