I hope so. It would be nice if he could do it by making some plays in coverage, considering he plays in the secondary and all.

I think Courtney Brown will be a bigger threat to either starting S than Henry. I will say that they should try and put the best pass covering DBs on the field in dime packages.

To add something to the thread what could the dime package look like DB wise initially?
 
Even if Roys totally sucks it up this year, I do not think the Cowboys should release him. With the salary cap rising so high, even scrubs will be making what Roy is making. The boys could keep Roy as a good backup because injuries do happen, maybe even put him in as a gunner on special times since STs is so bad.

The way Henry broke up that pass last night, I can only imagine how he'd be as a safety. OTH, when I saw RW knife in and complete stop the RB in his tracks 3 times last night, then lay a hit on a guy that probably should've caught the ball, I was like, I kinda like that.

He is a ballhawk and would thrive back there.

I agree with the OP completely. Maybe not cut Roy, but he needs to be replaced.

Henry did not play safety as a rook in cleveland that was a myth

He was their #3 CB then the starter by a little after midseason

It's funny. When I ate deer sausage the other day it looked the same when it came out as it did when I ate it. :D But I damn sure can't poop I love you. Now there's some food for thought..... LOL
