He was a WR be4 he switche to RB from high school to college. Also played WR some in college. So yes he's a better WR than Felix. He's also a better receiver out of the back field than Felix. If you look at their numbers in college and you'll see who has more recieving yards. Nice try though. You're about 2 years to late to argue CJ vs Felix to me.
