Heath was one of the only playmakers on some mediocre defenses here in Dallas. He would knock the snot out of you and he would go get the ball. Everybody knew he wasn't ever going to be a great safety but I never will understand the hatred the people gave him on this board.

The guy is still out there living his dream.

For two straight years he was one of the worst tacklers amongst safeties.

9 year career is fairly impressive. But "serviceable" is about all he was.
In his 7 seasons with the Cowboys, Heath started in over half the games he played in - 54 out of 106.
NO-DAL game Thursday night Dec. 2nd is in the MB Supedome.
Cowboys fans don't get a chance to give the guy an appreciation applause\cheers @ AT&T Stadium.

He had a nose for the ball.
He had an interception in every 5th or 6th game he played in for his whole career. Thats over 3 per year on a 16 game basis at the safety position.
