he will be released- cut before Feb 15th ... and then he can negotiate his own terms as a FA, with bidding teams
(NY Jets, Washington, Tampa Bay, Houston, New Orleans, Carolina, Tennessee, ATL, )

-Because the Radas cut/releasing Carr, ... instead of Derek being a UFA signing to another NFL team, would that mean that the Radas receive nada draft picks including
zero compensatory picks ?
