The peak TV era has increased the paychecks of in-demand talent to eye-popping levels. The high fees for television’s 1% — at a time when business models, episode orders, and distribution strategies are in the midst of a massive transition — has exacerbated the earnings gap between stars and supporting players.

Poor *******s. I guess some people have to live in poverty. That's the way the world works.

Knowing that people like this and Dez Bryant make more in months what some hardworking families never manage in a lifetime reassures of me that capitalism is rational and the best of all possible worlds.

While I was hazing Parsons in college, never did I think he would be making that kind of dough one day

Sad isn't it.............
Horribly written comedy with predictable{been told before}jokes with a audience laugh track included. I don't watch or care for 98% of the cruddola on the list.

I like BBT, mostly because I know Sheldon :)

They do make some cash for rehashed comedy but Modern Family is the best sitcom on TV IMO. Worth a look if ya haven't seen it.

May check it out as I like Ed O'Neil, had no clue he was signed by the Steelers. Another show I despise is 2 broke girls, I mean if it wasn't for Dennings huge rack would anyone watch?

talented people who I bet work pretty hard.

No different than sports.

Agreed. Then again, I know people who work extremely and live at the poverty level. They deserve more for what they do, but that is what the job pays. There are people who don't work hard at all that live fat and don't deserve too.

As Clint Eastwood said in The Unforgiven. Deserves got nothing to do with it.

I can honestly say, except for the occasional BBT, their pay is not determined by my viewership.

I take pride that none of my shows are on there. EDIT: Nevermind:oops:, Spacey is cleaning up and the show has sucked since season 1.
