Where do we currently stand and how much of the current available can be carried to next year.

Also could you redo Wittens and RW contract near the end of this year - frontload the contracts to use up some of this years money and pay less of a signing bonus to ease the cap burden down the road?

What ever money is left under the cap this year does not go into next years cap as far as I know.

There is some rule with the LTBE or ULTBE incentives which we used last year with Romo I believe that allows you to carry over.

Yes you can claim some incentives in this years unused cap, likely to be achieved. It doesn't matter if they actually can be achieved or not.
