NFLnetwork and ESPN had pretty similiar numbers then. NFLnetwork had us at 7 and I believe ESPN had us at 6.5 and both of those were before the Flo signing, so that means even less until we do some restructuring.

seeing how adam said we had ~15 million to play with in his last update in the adult zone i dont see how we could have misplaced 8 million

We started with 15.88 (roughly 16 mil). Subtract the 13 mil and that gives us 3 mil left. Add in that 3.5 mil incentive in TCurtis contract that we used to bump money from 07' and that gives us 6.5 (# reported by ESPN). We also may or may not have an extra 1 million due to the incentive in ZThomas contract counting next year or this year. That would give us 7.5 mil, most of which would've been eaten up by resigning Flo. But the following moves can easily create more cap room.
-Extend TO, right now he counts like 8 mil against the cap
-Cut/Trade Terry Glenn
-Cut/Trade Jason Ferguson
-Cut/Trade Akin Ayodele
But imo there isn't much of a rush. I doubt we sign any big name free agents. We may make a move for a WR (JWalker, LColes, DStallworth) and may make a move for a CB (DFlorence or RGay), but I doubt we do more than that.
