Relatively speaking cap going up doesn’t really help anyone because it impacts everyone equally. Any FA Dallas was looking at now can be offered more by every other team too

Only scenario it’s a big deal is if there was a team who couldn’t have cleared the cap ceiling if it didn’t go up
