It was unsticky'ed because it had not been updated in a very long time so it was no longer accurate.

If I am not mistaken, we have about $3 million under the cap right now.

I'm wondering what we look like for 2013(with all dead money ect).
I sent Adam a PM a few days agoa but haven't heard back. We have 17 Free Agents. I figure 8 of them will be back and Romo, Austin, and probably Sean lee will get new deals that give some cap relief. I suspect Doug Free will be a post June 1 cap casualty. With the dead money coming off I believe we may be right around $24 million under the cap.

But I am no expert by any wild stretch. Put no stock in my numbers. Especially if Adam tells you different.

I sure hope Austin doesn't get anything new except the vet minimum.

Why? A reworked deal helps the team's cap space available, and avoids creating a hole to fill.

Not if it adds more years to an overpaid underachieving player.

Gotta agree with Risen Star here. Austin is hand-cuffing this team IMO. He hasn't played at a high level since 2009; he's been inconsistent ever since.

Right now, I am hoping Jake Long. But I'll take Andy Levitre or Ryan Clady or Andre Smith if he is franchised.

OL, OL, OL.

How is Clady after his injury? Didn't he tear his achilles? I know he was really good before that.

I actually forgot he got hurt to be quite honest.

I expect all of the good LTs to get Franchised.

Andre Smith is interesting. He's developed into a good RT. At 6-4, 330+, he looks like he would be a good OG.

Levitre appears to be the only OG worth a significant long term contract.

I'm curious about Moore from the Jets. ESPN had him rated as a better player in 2011 than Levitre. Moore is 32, but he should be an expert in Callahan's scheme.
