The salary cap is set each year there isn't a set amount it increases. It takes a lot of different factors into account and is set during the owners meetings in the spring if I'm correct.

Sorry if I wasn't more clear. I just want to see how much we are allocating to each player on their current contract.

The salary cap increase is based on the revenue teams earn in a year. I think about 65% of that goes towards player expenditures. Since revenue increases every year, the cap also goes up.

www.nflpa.org has all the players salaries listed but it does not list the SB's they had when the contract was signed which of course is prorated over the contract nor does it list any roster bonuses to be paid. So as far as I know there is no site per se that does it all for you.
