Miami Dolphins CB Jason Allen will start at right cornerback in Week 1 over CB Sean Smith, reports Andy Kent, of MiamiDolphins.com. Head coach Tony Sparano said Allen won the job because of a strong showing in preseason games as well as during training camp.
