Same Ol Cowboys

-Penalties on the final drive, negating chances for us to score a TD and win

-Calls not going our way (non-pi)

-Defense letting opposing QB march right down the field and win the game

-Too many FGs and not enough TDs

Different year, different coaching regime…Same Cowboys

The champs gave you 4 turnovers the refs loved you and all you could do is kick FG after FG hence another loss......this game should have been a Cowboy blowout!
Same old Cowboys .500 ball.
Dak was better and luck once again saved him from having 3 interceptions.

More proof this is the same ol cowboys…

Sites name should be called DAKHOMERS!
Dak Stats are all that matter here whats another loss to these folks?
He handled the blitz better than expected but once again laid the eggs in crucial moments to lay another Loss egg on us.
This was and will continue to be a Dakthon with the Star being a .500 team again and again......

P.S. Kudos to the offline....

That doesn't disprove my point. I am not criticizing Dak or the game plan. But the fact is we had to throw to win because we knew that we had to score a lot of points in this game because the defense simply isn't that good. They can't generate any pass rush and they really have a hole at one CB spot.

It's basically the same as last year. Something has to change. The DL has to get better somehow, for example, or it's going to be a lot of shoot outs and tough for this team to get anywhere beyond maybe squeaking out a divisional title in a bad division.

Using those short passes on smoke screens is what WCO have been doing to substitute the running game for decades. We were consistently in 2nd and 3rd and short because of our early down gameplan.

Yeah the coaching staff made Connor hold on that last Dallas drive. They also made Godwin push off on that last Tampa drive.

Don't act like they didn't have a chance to win the game, mismanagement of the clock, poor playcalling within 2 minutes, 4 points left on the board from our kicker, only 1/4 in the redzone, defense looking terrible and lost at times, stupid penalties, playing for a fg. Ya some calls were bs but they had plenty of chances to win the game.

They look like the clear favorite to win the division. I like that.

This EXACT defense is why Romo is not in the Hall of Fame!

The defenses in 17 18 19 and tonight are better than Romo had besides 07-09. We might have sowmthijg here with this defense despite despite bad play calling , signings and drafts the last few years

Offense was in the game the entire game.
Defense had it's bad moments but overall gave us 4 TOs. 2 caused by forced fumbles, 2 heads up INTs.
Special teams **** the bed. How they thought a kicker coming off back surgery and limited kicking time would be ready is something else. The sideline reporter stated he wasn't confident in their interview and it showed early on in the game.

Last year we fought hard vs LA then had the stinkers with sloppy & inconsistent play. So, hard to say if this team can show up like they did last night the next few weeks and move the ball consistently and at least force turnovers.
