They look good, even dominant, but they haven't played any of the top teams except Kansas City.
Kansas City wiped the floor with them, 44-23.
While Brock Purdy's success makes for a feel good story- and it should- the 49'ers will miss Garappolo Sunday night. Purdy and the Niners have feasted on sub par opponents, but now Purdy has to face the Dallas Cowboys- and all that a complete team has to offer.
The Cowboys won't fold in the third quarter. When the second half starts, Dan Quinn's adjustments will crunch the dreams of a rookie quarterback who has become accustomed to sub .500 teams who run out of gas after they play a close first half. Purdy will find that the Cowboys secondary doesn't lay down. I predict that it will be the 49'ers offense that runs out of gas this time.
So the only question is how the Cowboys offense will fare against the Niner defense. And that will break the hearts of Niner fans. Not only will Pollard and Elliot have great games, but the defense of the Cowboys will add to that with turnovers that assist the offense. With all of that, Dak will play loose, and will have some big plays.
Cowboys 34, 49'ers 14.
And I believe that the Giants WILL beat the Eagles.

I think you need to put about 5K on them via Fan Duel and post your receipt here. Money talks. BS walks.

While I totally agree with you, Charlie Brown, where was this side of you all season? Better late than never to jump on the Dak & Boys bandwagon. Good post.

SF has 100% of the pressure on them. No one expects Dallas to beat them since they beat us last year.

Love the mindset of Dallas right now. MM has them locked in. Huge spot for Purdy. Despite the kid playing great, I think we have a big advantage with Dak in this game.

I think DQ is able to dial up enough pressure to expose some rookie flaws and the kid learns the NFL is not as easy to master as he has made it seem.

I call it as I see it. The Cowboys defense and run game have the ability to change the course of a game when used correctly.
I don't think the Niners fans realize yet how much a rookie quarterback will be exposed when he faces a defense that is accustomed to playing aggressive.
If McCarthy and Moore keep the pressure of the game off of Dak, he plays better, and the Cowboys run game can do just that.

SF is legit and the game will be close next Sunday. We will need Parsons to make Purdy feel uncomfortable and to stop the run.

If we can do that, we have a chance of winning and advancing to the NFC Championship Game for the first time since 1995.

I have a hard time seeing a team that took the road route all the way to the NFCCG just last season as a paper tiger
It wouldn't be that way with Garappolo, but the rookie will feel the heat.
Quinn should be able to rattle him. I think the game will come down to how Purdy handles the Cowboys defense, and I give Quinn the advantage.

they have a good roster. we may not know how good they really are, but they are not like the vikings that had poor talent and a good record.

They do, but as the breaks start to go against them, they are only human and the reality of a rookie quarterback will set in.
I think Quinn will be able to make the Niners one-dimensional as the rookie gets shook up.

Id agree if Garappolo didnt literally throw us the game last year. They won in spite of him. If Purdy and limit mistakes and not force things they will be very hard to beat. They can protect him up front and have guys at skill positions that can turn little into something.

They key is getting an advantage early and forcing Purdy to play from behind and create

I think the Cowboys are the best team in the league coming out from halftime. We finally learned how to make adjustments or willing to let’s say.
