Lal has been in the league for roughly a decade, first joining the Oakland Raiders coaching staff serving as their offensive quality control coach in 2007.

Lal joined the Colts coaching staff in 2017 as their wide receivers coach and many surrounding the team have praised his work and ability to connect with the players in his unit.

Lal has served several stints has a wide receivers coach with various teams. He’s been the wide receivers coach for the Raiders (2009-11), the New York Jets (2012-14), the Buffalo Bills (2015-16) and then the Colts (2017).

Sanjay Lal. Yes !!!. I am glad the Cowboys went younger. Hopefully......The receivers can relate to someone younger. Before everyone starts, one year is one year. If he can get Dez breaking crisp on his routes then this is an improvement.

Once, just once,...I want to see the new coach lay into Dez's a** for not getting open or dropping a pass. It is time to teach Dez how to gain separation, block and the other fundamentals.
