I am starting to think Kellen could be at the top of Jerry's list to replace MM. He has gone from Tony Romo's backup to Dak's QB coach, to Dak's OC, to the Charger's OC, and now the Eagles' OC.

He's starting to look at lot like Jerry's type of hire.....lol
Welcome.

The only way it’s not Moore is if he has other options…which he probably will if Philly makes a run.

It’s a perfect Garrett 2.0 and Jerry can still be the center of attention and do all his undermining antics.

Question is would Kellen Moore come back here if he's getting a lot of calls?

Dallas never has really paid their coaches top dollar. You got a 82 year old owner/GM who also acts like the Head Coach with the media.
Moore would be the OC in reality, but he'll need a DC. Is that a coordinator he can pick or will it be with strings?

MM came here cause he lied and this was probably one of the few franchises that had serious interest in him.
Before him it was Parcells who needed $ and Jerry had to sell a stadium.
Marshmellow Wade was happy to get a gig and then you had the HCIT with Garrett.

Probably just depends on who is seriously looking at him. If its Jacksonville and New Orleans he would probably be very serious about Dallas. If it's a team with a good young QB he likes or is in position to get one like Chicago or NYG I would imagine Dallas is down on his wish list. I would assume guys like Ben Johnson/Todd Monkin/Joe Brady are probably offensive coaching candidates ahead of Moore for most teams though.

This is true but with Jerry, a five-year contract is a five-year contract....lol.

100% will be the hire. Fits Jerry like a glove.

For Kellen, it's probably ideal as well.

I don't think he's got the personality to be a head coach, but we'll find out soon enough.

The Jets have an opening as well, plus some others will happen.

If I’m Moore I wouldnt come here. I’d wait it out in Philly before doing that, unless he really wants to get back to Dallas for personal reasons I’m unaware of.

This is why a McCarthy extension is entirely possible. There may not be the line that Jerry thinks there will be. “Dallas Cowboys” or not, it’s a bad situation to work in.

It’ll be Moore, McCarthy or a guy that no one else would even consider hiring as HC, like a Rex Ryan. Guess Zimmer has to be thrown in.
