Sarcasm: Crowd Sucked again

felix said in the postgame that the crowd gave the team a ton of energy and just kept the team pumped all game long.

I am so proud of that.
There was a quote on the big screen in pre-game from Jason Witten about Week 17 saying something similar. So much for lack of home field advantage.

Curious to ask anyone at the game...

Was it warm/stuffy in the stadium? The NBC crew said at game level "there was no (fresh) air and it was hot."

True?

I got warm. But that could be because of beer and cheering.

I thought I could hear the eagles suck chant on TV. Were they doing that chant?

:laugh2:

there was definitely an Eagles suck chant last night.

Ok I am still reading in thread where people are commenting on the crowd noise. They are all ******** IMHO That crowd last night could not have got much louder. The players commented on it, the announcers commented on it, you could tell it had the philthy Offense shaken up. It was everything you could ask for.

Good job to those of you that went.

Here's to hoping you double that we play at home in the NFC Championship ;)

Because people for some reason think that the audio on a television broadcast is an accurate judge of crowd noise.

Exactly. If you were there, if you were screaming and hearing it and feeling it all around you then you knew that it was LOUD.

I loved every moment. It officially was able to unseat the one OU game I've went to live, in Norman, as the loudest event I'd ever been too.

Saturday night got way louder than that.

Weird thing, on another Cowboys message board a few weeks ago, people on there were actually defending not being loud, saying that crowd noise is overrated, it didn't help New Orleans out much did it, it's not classy to be loud, blah blah. The best one was, the team needs to give us a reason to cheer.

I wish I could have been there. I would definitely have been loud, well, at least until my voice went out, then it would have been a roaring whisper.

Would have been louder if they had these guys.....

The eagles SUCK Chant was great. At one point it was so loud Romo was trying to quiet the cowd down.

The Eagles suck chants were stupid because they kept doing them with the offense on the field. The fans were rowdy enough at the game, but there is still a large segment of idiots that don't know when to be loud and when to shut the hell up (even when there is a massive TV telling them to).

The game was out of hand by that point.

Right from the moment Ted Nugent fired up his guitar, that place was blazin' loud and it hardly let up. Except for (thankfully) a few times when we had the ball, when we finally seemed to realize that we should keep the noise to a minimum. Yes, that is more sarcasm. Anyways, my ears were ringing at the end of the night. It was LOUD.

When it really took over the game was out of reach, but there were sections near the endzone I was closer to trying to start up chants every time the Cowboys got the ball from the very start of the game.
