My first reaction….

Jerry is probably loving this….people talking about his eliminated team during the playoffs.

Wow wouldn’t Jerry have loved to be center of attention in Vegas for two weeks?

Too bad.

Cowboys fans turned on each other every since the internet became widely adopted.

But it makes since considering the Cowboys haven't won anything of importance since the internet became widely adopted.

SAS is a couple of decades behind the times.

Just sayin'

His stuff gets posted here regularly. Take that as you will.
Well. When the OWNER of the Cowboys partners with the guy. What does that mean to you? I find it to be yet another in a long line of slaps in the face to the fans of this once great franchise.

Cowboys fans turning against each other has been going on for years on fan boards like this. It’s a free for all here with fans turning against each other especially after losses. You have the homers vs the realists which gets nastier every season. It can be a blood bath.

All football fan's teams do the same thing. He knows the metrics and ratings approach.
Exactly.

I do not dislike Smith for taking full advantage of financially capitalizing on the sports talking head industry. Make that money. What gets me is the sheer lengths of journalistic unprofessionalism that he and the Cowherds, etc., will strive for to make sports a virtual joke.

Then again, I am getting old and my views are drying up with me. I still remember the early 80s and CNN's Sports Tonight. The hosts delivered just sports news and no fluff. And did it 60 minutes. Real journalism. No dog-and-pony show. sigh.

I do not know who really holds the title. I put Cowherd right there with Smith.
The problem I have with Cowherd is I think he may believe the stuff he throws out. SAS doesn't annoy me as much because to me he is harmless. It's like comedy bit now that has never ending material due to how our seasons end

You laugh at Stephen A...but want us to take Dak seriously? Dak is his secret weapon!!! Can't troll saying, "Wait for the choke..."...without a choker at QB.
Don't let reading whoop your *** lol. I said I laugh at those who let SAS rile them up lol. Go put them readers on my boy you outta control.

idk seem simple to me

cowboys fans who want to see them win a super bowl and will say criticsizing stuff vs cowboys fans who cheer every thing and dont like any negative stuff
Nah. Thats a false narrative.
I noticed you framed it in a very biased way. There are no fans or very few that cheer everything. What is more realistic is fans who want to fire and cut everyone getting mad when fans thing you tweak the roster vs blow it all up.

Cowboys fans have become a toxic fanbase. I doubt any fans are supporting the McCarthy decision regardless of your feelings on the QB.

Sad outcome, n'est-ce pas? The last several years of some media coverage has evolved into the sensationalism and hysterics rivaling and exceeding pro wrestling venues. Is this what viewers really want? Yikes.

95% of the Cowboys fans are turning on the owner, players and coaches where the fault clearly lies.

The other 5% homers are trying to defend the owner, coaches and players, by blaming the fans.

Guess which group needs help?

We haven't turned on each other. The problem is, one group enable and are good with business as usual, and the other group is "burn it down." Start fresh. No middle ground remains. Its a product of 28 years of promising big and delivering snake oil. One group is fed up and the other has given up, so they go along to get along.
