I can't believe it's still just an 8 point game. Seems like the Colts should be up from 2-3 TD's by now.

It almost seems like how many times the Bears had chances to scored TD's against NO and settled for less.

That foul was huge. Colts have more than tripled the Bears yardage, but it's now only 22-17. Missed opportunities plus the KO return has kept it a game.
