How is it that the Giants can get so much pressure on Brady/quarterbacks making their average secondary look great, and the Cowboys can't?

We have just as much talent on the defensive side of the ball as the Giants, and our corners are better than theirs.

well in that cowboys vs patriots game we had the brilliant strategy of putting ellis on welker some of the time. welker killed us to no surprise because of that if not we could have won that game. and well as for pressure well i dont know for sure... and the Giants might have just choked any chance of winning with that penalty...
