SC vs ND

looks a hell of a lot like Roy Williams.

Roy Williams made eons more plays than Taylor Mays has.

Id ooge myself if Jerry traded up for him. He is an improvement over Hamlin and Sensadud

Mays has made like 2 plays the last 2+ seasons. Thats exactly the problem we have back there right now.

Jimmy Johnson once said if he doesnt see the guy making plays on the field in college, he probably isnt going to start making plays on the field in the NFL.

Bradford got knocked out of the game on the 2nd series and Texas only won by 3 points. 16-13

Or, both Texas and OU played lights out D but Texas managed to get the offense going in the second half and put up 13 points which was enough to win the ball game.

ND was out of the ball game but in the 4th quarter, ND offense managed to get hot and the Irish defense turned the SC offense over to give them chances. It came down to the wire and SC was lucky enough to get a favorable call in the endzone to hold of ND and win the game.

Weired how it sounds when you look at it a bit differently.

I watched that game, and while the defenses played ok, none of the people I watched it with thought it was "great defense", rather it was more of an example of terrible offense.

Texas runs a glorified run and shoot offense like many of these college teams do. What happened to them yesterday is what happens to alot of those teams when they have no ability to run and no ability to throw the ball down the field.

Texas was very lucky to win the game, as OU had 2 or 3 McCoy passes they could have easily picked and taken back for tds.
