That was a bad moment until you realize he also picked Kavika Pittman, Dwayne Goodrich, Shante Carver, AOA, etc., etc., At least with the Galloway trade, you were getting a player that could at least play in the NFL. Was he worth the picks, no, but he could play the game at a high level.

What really hurt about Kavika Pittman is he could have picked Tony Brackens but settled for Kavika. Goodrich was bad and that's the draft that was effected by the Gallowaste trade. I liked Galloway, it wasn't his fault he blew out his knee. I'd say the Roy Williams and Joey Galloway trade and pretty even, both cases Jerry was delusional in what the team needed and reached. And who can forget Shante Carver, wow, what a bust.

Jerry's problem is he always thinks we are one player away from getting to the Super Bowl. When he made the Galloway trade, he kept thinking that would put the team over the edge for one more run. He could not see the reality that the lousy drafting he did had rotted the team's core and Galloway was nothing but window dressing on an old team.
