Wade needs to make a decision. Either start Scandrick or Jenkins not alternate each week. Jenkins is our #1 round pick and has the capability to be a shut down corner in man. Scandrick was picked on all night by Eli and the rookie receivers. He looks like a 2nd year 5th round pick. He made Eli look like Peyton Manning, also what is up with the soft zone coverages? What happened to playing some man and bringing the blitz? No sacks? We looked like we were almost in prevent all night against the pass. How many times was Mario Manningham wide open? Last thought when was the last time we had an interception? I can't remember.

Don't know why they messed with what worked well in passing game last year. Scandrick did very well in slot. Jenkins is suppossed to be the longer speed guy right? So keep him out wide like Newman.

Newman needs to stop slowing down when he searches for the ball with his eyes. He stops running and this has cost him on last 4 or so big completions against him. He sees ball in air and tries to recover but is a mili-second late because he EXCESSIVELY slows his coverage. Not sure when this became a habit for him, but seen it last 2 weeks for sure.

Newman is in the right spot and right by receiver, just not making plays on ball, or anticipating pass/looking for ball in air, at the right time so far.

Maybe that's what Wade meant....

By having them alternate; we thought it was because we had 2 talented young CBs.

Maybe he just couldn't decide between the two pieces of trash...

probably since this off season, when the coaches have been trying to teach all the DBs to make more plays on the ball

Newman just can't, he freaks out

I thought Newman was the worst one.

Newman had good coverage on all three of the plays he allowed (two long catches and a penalty), he just didn't make the play. Scandrick rarely had good coverage but made up for it by missing almost every tackle. Jenkins made the fewest mistakes, but he made them at precisely the wrong times.

Newman is the worst one of the 3. He never looks back for the ball at all. Did the same f'ing thing last year vs the Steelers, 3rd and real long amd if I remember correctly let them totally off the hook.

Scandrick definitely wiffed a few times on tackles but at least for the most part he was close.

Im almost of the opinion to start Scandrick and Jenkins and put Tnew in the slot. At least Scandrick and Jenkins turn around and look for the ball. Tnew has been doing this since he was drafted...he has not gotten better and he is definitely not a shut down corner.

Friggin Gints secondary as banged up as they were made more plays on the ball. Really sad...

I think Jenkins is the starter for the forseeable future, with Scandrick manning the slot.

Newman had terrible coverage on the bobbled TD. He lost the man who has 3-4 yards in front of him when the ball hit his hands.

We were watching different games.
