Over the last several games I've been noticing what I believe is Scandrick's problem. It isn't that he can't cover, because he stays on his WR pretty good most of the time. His problem is, he never knows when the ball is coming to make a play on it. Why? Because he never looks back. Check the QB, look for the ball in the air. Just doesn't happen with him.

Is it because he is afraid of losing the WR he is covering? Look at the tape, he NEVER looks back. You can't make plays if you don't know the ball is coming. All decent CBs do it, Scandrick never does it.

I think he has the talent to play this game, he just flat out doesn't know who to play CB. Might as well be a blind soccer goalie.

All of our DB forget to play the ball.

He's not very good, and I think with Patrick Peterson getting drafted in April he'll be in a roster battle with Ball, McCann, and maybe Cletis Gordon again.

I would cut Ball and never look back.

Hopefully a new secondary coach can correct the issues with playing the ball.
