On top of that they needed OL worse than another WR... and I won't get into their QB situation.

Then they sign a slightly more than average TE Clay to a massive offer sheet... When I thought the guy he's probably replacing, Scott Chandler, isn't that much worse than Clay IMO.

With all their expensive contracts the Bills are become the "Washington Commanders" of the AFC East.

Rex obviously has a lot of first hand knowledge of his competition right there in the AFC East. Their defense is in pretty good shape and perhaps Rex thinks adding a TE like Clay (which I personally don't get) and a multi-position threat like Harvin are the missing tools needed in the offensive weaponary. Or at the least those signings will save him from using a draft pick at those positions. But I agree with Mr. Winicki that the OL better get fixed or they will struggle.

The Bills fans are giddy for the most part over the signings.

The most football savvy ones are realizing them for what they are fancy-pants signings that probably will not translate to the field because their offensive line isn't very good and their QB... even less.

The other challenge they could have is defensively, they lose any of their front four and their depth is crap.
