Deebo will have a career night against us. His MJ playoff moment if u will like when MJ went nuts when he was sick. We have shown we dunno what we are doing on defense and wont tackle. Our best game was gritty against Pittsburgh. WE CHOSE to play hard that day. More times than not, we choose to play lax,and frankly, we just aren't very talented. Low football IQ. Poorly prepared and coached.

They say teams take on the characteristics of the HC. Well...there ya go. Need I say more? Garrett followed by Fat Mike.hmmm... YES Jerry gets the blame, but when you look at each of the last 2 guys we have had here as coaches, its easy to see they're the same guy. Bottomline is this , we haven't been nearly good enough over the last several years, and the mask has been taken off, revealing the true nature of what ails the team.

Remember that time Dallas got torched by a QB hobbling around on 1 leg?

as expected. We are woefully soft, injured, and dumb football IQ. We just might get run out of the stadium again. Hoping for the best, preparing for the worst. If we get embarrassed again, this might be Fat Mikes last game along with Zimmers. Both Mikes appear to be out of touch with today's NFL style needed to get players ready. NO..Bill Belichick isn't the answer. He couldn't even fix the Patriots after Brady left,so Im not sure why folks think hes some guru that will fix this mess. We need sweeping changes and a youth movement at HC. Even if we did hire BB it would be a temporary band aid. Not a fix.
I agree that one of them might lose their job if we absolutely get blasted again if this is a game that never had a chance after the first quarter it's a complete embarrassment I don't care what Jerry said about jobs and trade deadlines that could change really quick because this would be the 4th embarrassing game in one year I mean it's one thing to have one per year to have four in the same year how could you protect anybody on that team?

You would need to fire somebody I don't think they'd fire both of them but they're equally both responsible but you can't jettison the whole entire coaching staff you have to make a choice would it be Mike Zimmer because his side of the ball is the worst it's the reason we're giving up these big scores for the most part but he also has the injured side and the department but Mike McCarthy is not only the head coach he's the play caller so which one would get fired if this game turns out to be a total **** whooping an absolute embarrassing **** whipping like the three others already happened this year?

Who would you choose first I mean we'd have to find 2 spaces if you fire Mike McCarthy you'd have to give the play calling to schottenheimer and then you have to have an interim head coach if you fire Mike Zimmer all you gotta do is move up al Harris... Give him an early shot and an interview for defensive coordinator next year let's see what he can do with the same players and the same missing players...hmmm

I think we CAN and should fire both Mikes if the wheels fall off again tonight. We can easily elevate Al Harris or Shotty to HC. Its not very hard. I mean, what's to gain by retaining Zimmer and rewarding him by making the guy who's d is absolutely bad, to HC? Im all for giving the interim gig to Harris for the remainder of the year to see if he might be the long-term answer going forward. Nothing will change by naming Zimmer HC. Hes another Jerryite..buddies with him.

thats NOT EASY their titles carry much more obligation than you think I mean you're making a coaching staff run lean the rest of the year schottenheimer a head coach has he ever been a head coach has he done anything to deserve the interim head coach moniker usually you put a guy in there that could have a possibility of interviewing for the job he don't sound like one of them...

Like I said you have to choose one you're not getting your way he's not firing 2 coaches so which one do you want fired should we get completely ran out of the building and embarrassed once again tonight you have to choose one you can't have it your whole way like hey we need them all fired no that doesn't work for me I don't know that schottenheimer is now gonna be a play caller and a head coach I don't see it do we not have another guy that's an interim head coach on this team i mean name our entire coaching staff let's start...

We're talking about interim head coach I mean you act like nothing's gonna change it probably won't we're talking about making a statement to the team that this will not be tolerated it's easier to get rid of some coaches to wake them up but we still need a functioning staff so you have to pick one who cares who's a buddy and who's not a buddy everybody who works for Jerry Jones on that staff is that guy I don't see how you're trying to get for your injury one from the other he's the boss and he's working under all these other coaches so it will be very close to business as usual but you have to try to inspire the team not to quit you have to choose one do you not get that we're not talking about what's good long term we're talking about what's good for 10 games..

if I must choose 1 to fire its Fat Mike. I would NOT elevate Zimmer. NO WAY. I would elevate Shotty or Harris. Zimmer is a dinosaur, and the team hasn't responded well.

But who is the young coach we need ? I don't know who's out there to get the job done.
