So does Boldin. He has missed 12 games in his 5 year career. And has played in a number that he probably should have sat out.

On the other hand, RW has missed 9 games in his 4 year career.
I think his style of play, running DBs over, is fun to watch. Not sure that he's the better player, but he is more entertaining.

Word is Rowdy has demanded a trade as well.

I think we can get a 4th round pick out of him.

You must have forgotten the announcement of Rowdy's new deal. He signed a contract extension... even had PC for it... like Campo and Houck

For some reason, I want Boldin on this team more than RW.

Can't pinpoint why though.

Probably for the right reason. He's better.

The more big WRs that reportedly want to be traded, the less I want chad...but I still wouldn't be mad if we gave up number 28 to get him.

He's definitely a good player, would be happy if we traded for him...but I like RW's speed and big play ability a little more...Boldin's had two seasons where his YPC was kinda pedestrian (incl last yrs 12.0)...and Williams only has one fewer TD in one less season than Boldin does...I just think he may do more in terms of spreading the field and making teams pay for double teams on Owens

but we'd be a better team with either one of them

I don't trust RW as much but you're right. Both would be a positive addition.

Both RW and AB are great receivers and the Cowboys would be better if either on. I think Boldin is a more consistent receiver with better hands and would actually catch more passes while RW would stretch the field more with his 4.3 speed. RW also has more upside because of the talent he has but AB intangibles are better (character, quiet, better teammate).

Also, rotoworld is reporting how the Rams are talking with the Jets about moving up to take Ryan. This is significant because the Falcons would then take Dorsey and the Raiders would probably take Chris Long @ 4. Just thinking out loud how McFadden could drop pass the 7th spot and allow the Boys to grab him.

just dreaming of a RW/AB offense with McFadden/Barber backfield.

I would love to get either Boldin or RW, but I think I like Boldin better. Roy seems to disappear sometimes.

Well, I would love for that dream to come true, but the only problem is that you would have to swallow the "Pacman stays out of trouble" pill to keep dreaming that dream. Because getting those two guys basically means that we think Pacman is the answer to our corner problem.

You know i'm glad somebody is mentioning this, because i heard the Tuna is offering a 3rd round pick this year and a conditional 2nd next year.

I'd take either for a 28......all day/everyday.

So would I. But I'm guessing that the price will likely be a little higher.

I'd deliver #28 and our 3rd.

#22 and our 3rd kind of makes me cringe.

That's because teams role double, and sometimes, triple coverages, his way. The same thing happens with Owens sometimes. As physically talented as Calvin Johnson is, he isn't refined enough to draw double coverage on a consistent basis like Roy.

But if Roy and Owens are on the field together, defenses are going to have some major problems....you can't double both of them.
