This is the 2 padded practices Shotty was talking about that everyone laughed at me for saying.

I know people think this is great from Schotty and whatnot but could this be a sign the team might be checking out or down on themselves or maybe Schotty's newness is wearing off? Not what you want to hear out of a practice but I suppose it does happen.

Getting mixed messages from the coach. Trying to keep it loose and raining money, and now we are restarting practice because guys arent serious enough?

If you’re driving a Ford Pinto, you have to adjust your definition of “standard”.

No matter how expert the driving, the top speed is gonna be around 90 mph and it’s always at risk of exploding.

May not help this week but holding players accountable is a big part of getting better long term. Getting healthy is our biggest need right now but I like the idea
