It's a process.

I did not like the hiring at first but he has hired a good coaching staff it appears and he seems to be a better communicator than McCarthy ever was we will see what kind of Head Coach he is soon,but I am optimistic about what the guy has shown me so far.I hope Schottenheimer can bring some discipline with the penalty proplems that killed Dallas with McCarthy at the helm.
