According to Blogging The Boys (link), there are three reasons why it will not happen in 2025. Time will tell who is closer to being right than wrong out of the two for this season.

Coach BS is getting way ahead of his skates by thinking his staff will win so much that it gets raided. I think it sounds a bit egotistical. It's saying things like this that tells me how naive BS is. Winning isn't that easy. Winning to the degree he is suggesting certainly isn't that easy. I see a massive ego headed for an equally massive fail. This first-time NFL head coach will learn soon enough that checking your ego at the door is necessary or the NFL will check it for you.

It would be the first time Sheimer has won anything...ever. This dude didn't even win at Red Rover back in elementary school. He's lost potato sack races, speed walking competitions, roof ball, cornhole, cheese rolling, and every tic tac toe bout he's ever participated in. He came in last in synchronized swimming, broke his knuckle thumb fighting, stubbed his toe playing kick ball, and got a bad paper cut collecting stamps. This isn't the droid you're looking for.
