Why did Jerry ever think this guy could be a first time head coach and call plays at the same time? Because Jerry does not respect COACHING. Jerry is the face of the franchise and the culture setter. Jerry handles press conferences and has a radio show. This dysfunctional structure has NEVER worked...and the older Jerry gets...the worse his decision making has become...and it was not great to begin with!!!!

Unfortunately, I don't think it will fall apart completely like it did for Wade in 2010. The Cowboys will probably do just enough to take advantage of a terrible division and the other bad teams on their schedule to make it come down to the final weeks for the division. Even if they don't win the East, being close enough will save Schotty and buy him one more year to run it back.

Seriously, Brian Schottenheimer has looked like an OC serving as an interim HC. I actually feel sorry for him.Thirty one other teams look at him the same way.
