Because Jerry never admits a mistake and all the yes men in organization will never challenge him. Yes sir Mr Jones, we’re an elite franchise, we’ve just just had a few bad breaks the past three decades. Maybe replacing the hc is the solution? No, we tried that. Seriously, Brian Schottenheimer has looked like an OC serving as an interim HC. I actually feel sorry for him.Thirty one other teams look at him the same way.

Only in BIg D do people like Chan Gailey, Dave Campo, Jason’s Garrett and Brian Schottenheimer ever get a chance. It’s actually pathetic.

There’s no salary cap on coaches.
With the most valuable sports franchise on the planet, we should have an elite coaching staff.
Instead we have bargain bin on the job training HC’s.

No one was excited about the hire, but figured we could atleast give him a chance before passing judgement. At this point he's sunken to a new low the last 2 weeks. You look at the Packers roster missing some of their best defensive players, but still find a way to run an effective defense. The talent level between these teams isn't all that different, but coaching is.
