Schottenheimer's four standouts from the first practice

Yeah and if he is legit, he'll be gone in 2 or 3 years and we'll be back to where we were because the franchise has no core values or direction.
A teams core values or direction has very little impact when an opportunity presents itself to take one of only 32 jobs available...especially, when there is only a few of those opportunities once a year and half of them are taken by retreads.

You’re being absolutely pedantic

Your intent with the original comment was to mock Dak as if he’s some weirdo doing weird things and then you were shown the receipts

What a silly thing
That tons of fans, people who played sports themselves, etc., have never seen anyone else do. It is absolutely a weird thing.

Receipts? that was one guy doing the basic movement but not nearly to the extreme. all that may prove is that he isn't a natural passer either.

The funny thing is that Brady was not a natural thrower. He had to work very hard at it to become the player he was with experience. Rogers, Stafford, Mahomes and a few others are natural throwers.
You are correct he was not a pure natural thrower. The other examples are spot on.

Straight from Google Ai:

QUESTION: Did Tom Brady work on his hips to improve his passing as he got older?

Yes, Tom Brady heavily emphasized his hips, adductors, and core-hip disassociation as he aged to maintain and even improve his passing mechanics.

• Hip and Pliability FocusAvoiding Surgery:

Brady has shared that late in his career (and dating back to his mid-20s), he dealt with severe groin and hip tension. Working with his body coach Alex Guerrero, they bypassed invasive surgery by lengthening and softening his adductors, glutes, and hips to restore full mobility.

• Muscle Pliability:

Brady’s entire TB12 training philosophy shifted away from heavy, compressive weightlifting toward resistance band work and deep-tissue recovery designed to keep his hips and spine loose, reducing stress on his throwing shoulder.

• Evolution of Throwing MechanicsHip and Trunk Disassociation:

Brady specifically trained to separate his lower body rotation from his upper torso. By generating torque early through his hips while keeping his front shoulder and arm tighter to his center of mass, he relied less on brute arm strength.

• Rotational Power:

As he got older, instead of swinging his front arm wide open (which wastes momentum and pulls the ball high), Brady learned to block his front side and torque cleanly around it, utilizing the kinetic chain from the ground up through his hips for a repeatable, highly accurate delivery.

Sure sounds like Tom Brady used to stretch and workout his hips and lower torso pre-game to something similar to which Dak Prescott used for achieving the same result.
Wow, lot of words to say yes he worked on the mechanics of throwing but NO he never did the hip flex dance that is the subject of discussion.

You're looking at it backwards.

For crying out loud here's Drew Brees doing it to.

These things take 5 seconds to find.

Ya'll are very impressed by seeing someone move their hips while throwing or demonstrating the throwing motion as if it refutes anything I said. I said natural throwers don't need to do the drill in order to "learn" how to generate energy from the ground up. If ya'll would pay attention to the details rather than get up in your feels you might learn something.

Besides, this is a video of Drew showing young players what should be going on, correct? Demonstration doesn't mean he needed to learn this or train on it.

How do you know he didn't? Tom Brady was likely doing similar movements and exercises to help him loosen his hips and strengthen his core. Maybe he wasn't dancing like Dak does to get the same effect, but technically and arguably, Tom Brady still did similar exercises to address the very same core muscles and body area to try to improve his throwing like Dak has done in recent yesrs.

Hey, all I can say is there are lots of QBs stealing Dak’s moves

Here’s one
