Hopefully we'll have enough strength after being on the couch during the NFL playoffs to do more of this dancing!! This culture stuff needs to take a break! Wait until we lose our first game, he's going to hear about it from many of fans!

Schotty is just trying to build team rapport. Schotty probably noticed that majority of the players really dont interact with each other outside of practice. The better they communicate off the field will show up in games as well, especially during the tough ones.

If you say it like this I like this mode of thinking. I'm sure there's been other coaches who have coached this team that have done things to bring the team together, and it hasn't worked in terms of culture and winning success in the post season

I know this seems strange to you all but trying to create a bond this time of year with a new players and the new staff there's nothing wrong with any of this.... I know people are thinking he's too much of a player's coach he's too soft blah blah blah I guarantee that when training camp hits and it starts to get more serious there's going to be a whole lot less of this behind closed doors and closed practices this can be much more serious stuff going on this is just early bonding...

Absolutely nothing wrong with it at all.... He's truly getting the attention of all the players new and old the veterans and leaders trying to create a bond right now getting to know each other and if you don't understand what this is about then it's okay but they do do this in corporations.... They go on retreats they do leadership/TEAM building and they're trying to create a bond and that kind of thing....

Well, Dak is the leader so he should have all the players doing his little stupid dance like he does on the field. Now, that would be teamwork!

I can see it now, all the players come out before the game and do the jig with Dak. Oh, man, the crowd would go wild.

Then they lose the game, damn.

Im with you as well, the results need to show up on the field. That is why i am amp for the week 1 matchup. Win or lose I want to see if the team shows up ready play and not lackadaisical as in the past.

Gotcha, you know how that first game is going to be though, i'd expect there to be a few mistakes but nothing that i'm expecting to cost us the game!
