This team has bottom five talent. That is very obvious. If you believe different you are just buying more of Jerry’s cheese. They need a top five coach to coach them up. Instead we got a never has been and never will be. You think Jerry would have known this and hired a top five coach. No he could not do that. He needed a sock puppet who would go along with whatever Jerry wanted and could help sell more of his cheese to the fans and media to make money. This franchise is ground hog day for 30 years and the people keep buying in. It’s time to ask yourself a question. Have you had enoigh? Somehow, someway the message needs to be sent to Jerry. We have had enough.

We could hire the #1 coach. But as long as Jerry and Son remain in control, the results will be the same. I've pretty much resigned myself to the fact that I will probably never witness another Cowboys SB win, as l'm running out of time. But l feel really bad for the younger fans on here who have never seen a Cowboys SB win. At least I got to witness Tom Landry, Roger Staubach, Jimmy Johnson, Troy, Emmitt, Michael, and everything in between.

I was referring to Jerry's comment that he didn't want to trade Micah but the coaches convinced him it was the right thing to do.

Do you have a source for that comment? Sound like jerry is lying to put blame elsewhere.
No Gm does something big like that based on what their coaches want or say.
Trading Micah was about as big a deal as it gets.
It was done at the wrong time, should have been in march or right after end of season.
It was done 1 week before the season starts , which is crazy.
It was emotional reaction by jerry and his boy.

The only factor I see that could be part of it, is what is wrong with micah's back, and how much did they know? Only time will tell on that.
When and how did he develop that back problem.
It could be a permanent thing if he continues to play.

So if micah say retires after this season due to his back, then they made the right move.
If he gets better and plays out his contract, then it was a mistake, a big one.
