Tell Eberflus to play way more man than zone. If he refuses, go find another D-Coordinator. Time to hold your coaches accountable like you're holding the players accountable.

Lastly, when the run game is clearly struggling, don't wait 1.5 quarters to finally lean on the pass. You've got a lot of weapons in the passing game. Use them to help open up the run. Plus, create better playcalls that help your receivers get open early.
