I'm an Angels fan and I'm thrilled with this move.
He was hurt earlier this year, but was back to his old self over the past month.
LA Times had a very informative article on this move. The Angels will probably let Lackey walk after this season (like they did with Frankie Rodriguez) because his asking price is way too high, and Kazmir will step right into his spot in the rotation. They needed another pitcher this year, too. They have the offense already.
