Here's Scott Wright in response to Jerry's Press Conference:

Scott Wright said:
I have heard a lot of rumblings that Dallas wants to trade down, with Anthony Spencer, Brandon Meriweather and Anthony Gonzalez the guys most often mentioned in that scenario. If there is a deal to be had I wouldn't be at all surprised if they dealt out of round one altogether.

If Spencer or Meriweather is targeted, I hope they get one of them.

If not , I would be P.O'd if the Pats picked Spencer and the Eagles take Meriweather.

Gotta have a partner though. Not sure who would be available that would appeal to a team picking below Dallas but I guess we'll see.

Maybe Atlanta sitting with 2 2nd rounders and looking to move up to get Grubbs to fit Petrino's preference for bigger OL.

According to Jerry Jones there are already deals on the table to move down if he wants to. "We also have an opportunity at trading this year's one for next year's one." However, because the deal has been offered does not mean this is what Jerry wants to do. Im sticking with my guys that we will indeed move up in the 1st round.

Possible. The Saints too. They need a CB and one they like may be there at #22. Or as others are wishing we may get an early 2nd and a 1st for '08 from a team in the top part of the draft.

Didn't Jerry say there was a possible trade on the table already from someone, depending on who is on the board at #22 for next years #1?

I would think that the only way that's happening is if we drop out of round 1 altogether and maybe get a #2 this year and a #1 next. Hopefully it's Detroit. LOL!

No trade-down, just pick BPA. We already have too many picks in this draft to make the team.

The last two times we traded down, we missed out Stephen Jackson and McNeil. (ending up with J Jones and Fasano).

Of course, if someone offers an insane package...I doubt it.

I believe he said that they could do one offer now and the other is conditional on draft day.

An additional tidbit from Wright:

San Francisco is reportedly interested in getting another first rounder to grab a wideout. Maybe Dwayne Bowe, who Nolan saw dominate great competition at the Senior Bowl for a week?
