Given the early season suspensions for Irving and Moore, that wouldn't shock me. But in looking at a possible 53, things get pretty tight at the bottom.

I actually want to hear more about Rico in the blocking game, I think that's realistically the only chance he has of making this team.

I can't see them keeping him just for blocking. That is like telling the D we are going to run the ball. But then again if it is effective, line them up and say...STOP US, oh, you can.t.....LOL

Yes, I keep waiting for him to emerge. I feel that he will, 2nd year in the system and different than where he was at.

Not really, all I'm saying is that Rico needs to make this team first.
He needs to be a bull on the chip, and then make his mark as a red zone threat.
Going to be hard for him to make this team any other way, but that's just my opinion, I want to see him stick, but he has comp with Swaim and Hanna ahead of him,,, Rico can prove to be a blocking force ahead of those two,,,, throwing his helmet isn't catching the ball.

All of the "scrubs" seem to be playing pretty well, don't they?

Again, these practices mean next to nothing. When is the last time you've really seen a guy go 100% in one of these videos? These days are mostly about conditioning and not competing. Even Dak didn't show you anything in practice last year.

Dead giveaway that it just football starvation. Do any of you need or give a hoot about practice updates in week 10?

Guys are fighting for jobs out there if you were unaware.

As for your poor comparison, this current roster is still being formed, by week 10, it's set barring injury.

Maybe you should take the next month or so off so you don't have to listen to the noise about "practices that mean next to nothing"?

To be fair there will be something beside practice going on in the next month. And good for you that you get excited about guy 70 or 75 fighting for a roster spot.
