Scratched CDs

To my absolute horror, I found nasty scratches on two of my favourite CDs: Chocolate and Cheese by Ween (on my favourite song, Buenas Tardes Amigo!) and Let it Bleed by the Stones (during You Can't Always Get What You Want.)

Obviously, this is pretty unbearable. There are few worse things than when your favourite song starts skipping. So the question is: Does anybody have any tried and true methods for removing scratches, or at least making the CD playable again?

Please help!

I use skip Dr, works quite well and you can get it just about anywhere (Bestbuy, walmart, places like that)
