Screen Capture HELP

I installed Dropbox on my iMac and it does what is says. It takes screenshots and puts them into the dropbox and makes a copy to the clipboard.

However, we aren't set up to use the URL link to post that image on the site so I get nothing when I capture screenshots here.

I need some help getting that undone for now. Can someone help me?

If you have a gmail account. Share it on G+ (privately if need be) and then use that URL and post it.
