I have had Sunday Ticket since 2001 and this year I pay something like $100.00 CDN for the season to get it. Best investment I have ever made

I get two Fox Stations and two CBS Stations but there is never a guarantee I get the Cowboys so this does in fact ensure I see them. Given they are the cardiac kids this year, I think ST will be the death of me but hell, going out after a win is all I want

Fortunately, in Canada, you can get ST on either digital cable or satellite.

If you live in the US, your apt complex is breaking the law by not allowing you to have a dish.

He is 100% correct. You can't have it instaleld on the roof, but they have to allow you the right to the service. The Dish people will figure out a way to help you. All you have to do is call.

My apartment has a one time charge of $50 dollars to have a dish installed. I think they had it listed as a property improvement charge.

You might want to check into that. I don't think that is legal.

Well, if the roof is out, I'm screwed. There are trees outside of all my windows, and i doubt they'll prune them just to satisfy the tv needs of one tenant. My case would be stronger if there were other tenants wanting this service, but most of the people around me are old maids who hit the sack at 10PM sharp. Damn them!

Your case has nothing to do with other tenants.

You have a right to a service. The service has a right to customers.

Denial of these rights is tantamount to a monopoly and that is frowned upon.

The only reason the roof may be out as an option is because it can void a roofer's warranty.

..Dont worry ur' not the only one screwed, i got lucky they showed the niner game here in Chicago area. But I sure aint getting' the Boys' game this week, i get the Chiefs n ' Eagles too.

The worst, is the BEARS games every week...LOL

actually you do have the right to have satellite...as long as its not attached/mounted into the dwelling, its your right to have it...if you have a patio/deck with southern sky exposure, get the dish

I just assumed that Dallas-Oakland would be shown here in Central VA.

For years, going back to the 70's, the Cowboys are always on unless their game conflicts with a Commanders game (usually happens about 4 times a year). I never got NFL Ticket because it really wasn't worth it for onlyl 3-4 games a year.

This week Fox has the doubleheader, and Washington plays at 1pm. I just figured Dallas-Oakland therefore would be the late game.

I just checked the listing and we're getting stuck with the fricking Falcons-Vikings. This is only because Michael 'overrated' Vick played at Va Tech.

A couple of times the last few years a Dallas game has gotten bumped in favor of a Carolina game (as if anyone here even cares about them). Now we have to deal with Atlanta.

I understand living in Commander territory. But to have to put up with Panther and Falcon games too is getting to be B.S.

I could perfectly understand getting the Eagles - Chiefs game. It's a marquee matchup and the Eagles are in the Commanders division.

But - I'm in VA and am getting stuck with Minn - Atlanta!

There are ONLY 3 games on FOX at 4pm.
Dallas-Oakland
Philly - KC
Minny - Atlanta

Because DC is an NFC East town and the Boys are the Skins' biggest rival, not the Eagles. Not to mention the tons of Dallas fans living here. If it were put up for a vote, the Dallas game would win going away.

All I can add to that is AMEN. Been a subscriber for the last 4 years and will never be without it.

Find a window that points south and put it inside your apt,, I had to do that in a place i lived a few years ago.
