All of these scuffles are a microcosm of what kind of people the Cowboys are drafting. Too many of our players have little self-control on & off the field. That is why we lead the league in suspensions. I know the Browns were bad last year, but they are building something special, & it starts with the kind of human beings they've brought in the last two years. Just this past draft alone, the first five players they picked are all humble, sold young men who just want to work hard & do well. The last two drafts, they've drafted THREE Nigerian born players-Emmanuel Ogbah, David Njoku, & Larry Ogunjobi, in the first three rounds. I don't think it's a coincidence. I believe it's because most African blacks are raised to be respectful, humble, & work hard for what they get. I believe it's smart, & will begin to pay off for them in the near future. CHARACTER does matter. I just wish the Cowboys would start doing the same.
