..did they mean the 9-7 Garrett era?
Garrett only went 9-7 once. He had a thing for 8-8 seasons, accomplishing that feat 4 times.
agreed fell short a lot of disappointments but trying to put them in the Cleveland and jet type collapses is ridiculous and thats the fans narratives around here..Dallas isnt half as bad as alot of fans want to say they are
in a 32 team league over the past i'd say 17-18years i put them right around 11 or 12
this is a team that has only had 4 losing seasons since 2003....2004, 2010, 2015 and 2020.....
usually this team will get you between 8 and 11 wins a season but not much if anything after that
Biggest thing that has driven me crazy with this team is not being able to build on successful seasons. We take 1 step forward then 2 steps back. We have seen 13-3 and other winning season but fail to turn around the following year and build off of it.
The columns don't list the records of six teams- Bears, Browns, Buccaneers, Giants, Lions, and Titans.

Actually highlights how bad the coaching was during that time. The Cowboys had 15 winning seasons in the first 20 that consisted of 16 games.
In the 23 seasons since then the Cowboys have had a winning record 10 times.
