I wouldn't. Manning has shown zero sign of improvement over the last 2 years. Take away his last name and he's not even a starter at this point. He, like Roethlisburger, has been the recipient of a very solid supporting cast. Unfortunately for him, his defense has disappeared this year.

I wouldn't. Eli is a coach killer. Looks just good enough at times that you have to play him, and so bad sometimes you will never win anything.

He hasn't progressed one iota from his rookie year, just happened to string a few of his 'good' games in the first half of last season.
