Maybe he just wanted to stay in Seattle. If that's all he got, I thought that he would've gotten more.
Seahawks re-sign restricted free agent PK Brown for one season
April 10, 2006
KIRKLAND, Wash. (AP) -- The Seattle Seahawks re-signed restricted free-agent kicker Josh Brown on Monday.
Terms weren't immediately available, but the team had tendered Brown a one-year offer for approximately $720,000 last month.
Brown made 18 of 25 field-goal attempts last season, including game-winning ones against Dallas and the New York Giants. He tied Norm Johnson's team record with five field goals made of 50 yards or more.
He is 63-for-80 on field goals in his three-year career.
